1. You can book an appointment anytime from anywhere, even abroad, by filling out all the information on our Booking Appointment Form below, from a laptop, phone or another device with an Internet connection.
2. You can also use other ways to make an appointment, such as:
– Through Sakura Dental’s Facebook Messenger: Facebook of Sakura Dentistry.
– Call directly to: 0917.483.796 or 0979.110.971 (During working hours).
- By email: dr.tu@sakuradental.vn.
In the cases mentioned in point (2), filling out the form above will be done right at the Center, with the receptionist’s guidance if needed.
3. In both cases (1) and (2), after receiving the completed form (or customer information from other ways of making an appointment), the Center’s receptionist will check the available appointment schedule and contact the customer again to confirm the appointment.
The Center will send a reminder message to customers one day before the appointment time.
4. If the treatment process takes place during several appointments, immediately after the end of a treatment session the receptionist will book the next appointment according to the doctor’s availiability, and will also text to remind the patient of the work in advance—one day before the next meeting.
If a patient does not immediately make the next appointment, the receptionist will record it and call within 3–7 days to remind patients to make an appointment in order to complete the treatment.
Please come to the clinic on time for appointments. Sakura Dental will prioritize customers with appointments who arrive on time.
