Hospital fee guarantee process at Sakura Dental Clinic

Step 1: The insured person requests a hospital fee guarantee.
The insured person or representative submits a request for hospital fee guarantee to the receptionist of Sakura Dental Clinic, and presents the hospital fee guarantee card of the insurance company (hard card or card on the App) along with the identification documents required by the Insurance (CCCD/ID card for Vietnamese; Passport for foreigners and additional birth certificate for children under 15 years old).
Step 2: The dentist checks the information and makes a guarantee request.
The receptionist or insurance officer of the Dental Clinic will check the insured person's information and make a request for hospital guarantee to send to the insurance company that issued the hospital guarantee card.
Step 3: The insurance company responds to the guarantee request.
The insurance company will review the hospital fee guarantee request and issue a notice of acceptance or rejection of the guarantee.
Time limit for handling guarantee request: Within 30 minutes from receiving guarantee request from the Center.
Step 4: The center and the insured person receive feedback from the insurance company.
The receptionist or insurance officer of Sakura Dental Clinic receives and notifies the insurance company's decision to the insured person.
Step 5: The insured person completes the benefit payment procedure.
