Some notes when using hospital insurance card at Sakura Dental Clinic

• Customers please make an appointment according to the Appointment Procedure . And follow the instructions on the form regarding hospital fee guarantee.

• If you have a hospital insurance card but have not yet submitted your application via form or email, when you come to the Center, please provide all the documents required by the insurance company such as Insurance Card (Hard copy or copy on App), personal documents (ID card/CCCD for Vietnamese customers, Passport for foreign customers and additional Birth Certificate for customers under 15 years old).
  
  
  • Customers should understand their Dental benefits (detailed in the customer handbook when purchasing insurance) or if they are not sure, they can call the insurance company (phone number is on the back of the insurance card) for clarification. This will help customers know exactly what services are covered by the insurance company and their insurance limit for a year.
    
    

• Please note about direct guarantee : Some insurance companies classify insurance cards as CAN and CANNOT directly guarantee at dental clinics, although customers still have the right to dental treatment.

Example: Bao Viet Insurance Company:

Black and Yellow Cards: Directly sponsored.

Blue and Silver Cards: Not directly sponsored.

In case of no direct guarantee, after the treatment is completed and the customer has fully paid the Center, we will issue an invoice, prepare full insurance documents and hand them over to the customer.

Then you submit your application to the insurance company to receive compensation according to the provisions of your insurance contract.

• Some insurance companies and independent hospital guarantee companies only guarantee hospital fees during business hours , such as Bao Minh Insurance Corporation or Bao An Khang Company.

Treatment outside the hours guaranteed by the insurance company or the independent hospital fee guarantee company will make it impossible for the Center to check the customer's benefits with the insurance partner, so the hospital fee guarantee will not be possible. In this case, we are sorry but you still have to pay in advance and submit the insurance documents yourself to get a refund.
