Dental benefits in insurance depend on the insurance package you have paid for. Usually it will be divided into 2 packages:

1. Basic dental treatment

Depending on your insurance limit, the insurance company will typically pay for the following basic dental treatment costs incurred at dental facilities, including:

• Examination and diagnosis.
• X-ray
• Treatment of gingivitis.
• Dental fillings (amalgam or composite).
• Root canal treatment.
• Pathological tooth extraction (without surgery).

2. Advanced dental treatment:

• Dental scaling (2 times/year).
• Tooth extraction requires surgery.
• Get the tooth root.
• Dental calculus removal (removal of deep subgingival calculus).
• Apical resection (root tip resection).

Some premium insurance packages will pay in full or co-pay for specialized treatments such as: replacing or renewing porcelain crowns, implants, orthodontics, and wisdom tooth surgery.

BAO MINH INSURANCE

Sakura Dental Clinic is honored to cooperate with Bao Minh Joint Stock Corporation, an insurance company in the top 10 prestigious and quality insurance companies with a professional, convenient and fast insurance process. In particular, Bao Minh is one of the pioneers in building a health insurance package including a dental insurance package for oral care.

For patients who have Bao Minh insurance including the following cards: Bao Minh; AON-Bao Minh; Bao Minh Saigon... with dental care insurance package, when patients participate in dental examination and treatment at Sakura Dental Center, they will be guaranteed hospital fees with a very simple and time-saving procedure, specifically:

• Step 1: Present your insurance card and photo identification at the Reception. Children under 16 years old must present a birth certificate.
• Step 2: The patient is examined and diagnosed. The doctor will inform the patient about the patient's oral condition and develop a treatment plan for the patient.
• Step 3: Based on the treatment records, the patient fills in the "Request for hospital fee guarantee" form. Sign and write your full name on the information form. (Form provided by Sakura Dental Center).
• Step 4: Sakura Dental Center checks patient information, insurance card, and requests additional information if missing.
• Step 5: Sakura Dental Center transfers the patient's hospital fee guarantee information to Bao Minh.

  Review and response time is usually within 30 minutes.

  Note: While waiting for Bao Minh to assess and respond, Sakura Dental Center can proceed with the treatment for the patient. At the end of the treatment process, if Bao Minh has not yet responded with the results, Sakura Dental Center will temporarily advance the patient the treatment cost and will be refunded when Bao Minh assesses and notifies the guaranteed items.

  Common dental treatment items that can be covered by Bao Minh's hospital fees include:

  • Dental scaling.
  • Dental fillings.
  • Root canal treatment.
  • Tooth extraction.
  • Dental surgery.
• Step 6A: In case of Dental Insurance coverage: Sakura will notify the patient of the details of Bao Minh's response, then issue an invoice for the patient to sign and confirm.
• Step 6B: Cases not covered by Dental Insurance: Sakura will notify the patient of the details of Bao Minh's response, including the reason for non-coverage. The patient will pay the treatment costs directly.

DIRECT PAYMENT INSURANCE FOR BUSINESSES

The Monthly Direct Pay Agreement with Sakura Dental Center provides corporate clients with an easy way to pay their employees' medical bills. There are no additional fees or membership fees involved with this agreement.

By signing a monthly payment agreement valid across the entire Sakura Dental Clinic system, you will enable your employees and their families to enjoy the convenience of “cashless” medical services when visiting our centers for medical examination and treatment.

This agreement can be designed based on the services you want them to receive.

A monthly invoice also helps your company reduce costs and simplify administrative procedures when paying for employee medical services.

In addition, Sakura Dental Clinic has direct payment with some insurance companies such as: Bao Viet, Bao Minh, Aon, Liberty, Baoviet Interglobal, Blue Cross, Bao An Khang, Insmart, Gras Savoye, Generali, PTI, PVI, Global Health... Any customer who has purchased a dental examination and treatment package from the above insurance companies can receive treatment at our clinic without having to pay cash.
