APPOINTMENT PROCESS

1. You can make an appointment anytime from anywhere , even abroad, by filling in all the information in the Appointment Form below, from your laptop, phone or any other device with an Internet connection.

2. You can also use other ways to make an appointment, such as:

– Via messenger on Sakura Dental Clinic's Facebook .

– Call directly to: 0917.483.796 or 0979.110.971 (During working hours).

– Via email: [email protected] .

In the cases mentioned in point (2), filling in the form will be done right at the Center, with the guidance of the receptionist, if you need it.

3. In both cases (1) and (2), after receiving the completed form (or receiving customer information from other appointment methods), the Center's receptionist will check the available appointment schedule and contact the customer to confirm the appointment.

One day before the appointment time, the Center will send a reminder message to the customer.

4. If the treatment is repeated multiple times, immediately after the end of a treatment session, the receptionist will schedule the next appointment as directed by the doctor (after how many days) and will also send a reminder message one day before the next appointment.

If you do not immediately schedule your next appointment, the receptionist will take note and call you within 3 to 7 days to remind you to make an appointment to complete the treatment process.

Please come to the Center on time to be served immediately, to avoid having to wait. Sakura Dental Clinic will give priority to customers who have made an appointment in advance and arrive on time.
